Víctor es originario de San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, México, donde cursó sus estudios básicos. Posteriormente, estudió la licenciatura en Cirujano Dentista en la Universidad CEUNI, en la ciudad de Puebla.
Al finalizar la carrera, realizó su servicio social en el estado de Chiapas y luego regresó a Puebla, donde recibió su cédula profesional y participó en varios cursos y conferencias en la misma universidad. Actualmente, se dedica exclusivamente a la cirugía oral en Salud Oral.
